Aragen Bioscience is seeking a Senior Scientist, Protein Sciences & Biologics Development to lead client programs and mentor staff. This hands-on science leadership role combines molecular design, expression, purification, and transfer activities in a fast-paced CRO setting.

The successful candidate will drive strategy, deliver high-quality data, and coach junior scientists while maintaining hands-on lab involvement. Experience in protein engineering and developability is essential.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. with 7+ years in industry OR M.S. with 12+ years in industry.
• Experience leading CRO/biotech projects and client delivery.
• Minimum 2 years of direct people leadership/mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-sponsored biologics development programs from concept to completion.
• Serve as primary scientific contact for clients with technical guidance and updates.
• Mentor scientists, drive data package delivery, and ensure timelines.
