Job summary

Aragen Bioscience is seeking a highly motivated Scientist/Senior Scientist, Protein Sciences & Biologics Development to lead client programs and mentor staff in a fast-paced CRO environment. The role combines hands-on protein design, expression, purification, and developability assessments with scientific leadership.

The successful candidate will oversee programs from molecular design through data packages, collaborate across teams, and deliver high-quality results for diverse biologics projects

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in molecular biology/biochemistry or related field with 7+ years in industry.
• M.S. with 12+ years in CRO/biotech environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading external client projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-sponsored biologics development programs from concept to delivery.
• Provide scientific leadership to project teams and mentor staff.
• Oversee protein design, expression, purification, and developability assessments.
• Drive data packages, reports, and regulatory‑supporting data.
