• Maintain triage tools, activity plans, and submission screening resources.
• Route validated samples to analytical laboratories as per assay maps.
• Support direct-to-lab sample movement to minimize delays.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners and provide user training.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of sample management processes.
• Support biologics programs with external sample management activities.
