• Ability to work with digital lab systems and manage submission, tracking, disposition, and routing.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and support sample management system infrastructure and configurations to align workflows with testing needs.
• Partner with researchers and stakeholders to integrate study design and submission workflows into the system.
• Review and verify sample submissions for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain triage tools and files, including activity plans and mapping resources.
• Receive, disposition, and coordinate routing of samples to analytical labs.
• Support direct-to-lab sample movement to reduce delays and manual handoffs.
• Collaborate across teams to resolve submission, routing, and system questions and provide user training.
• Contribute to continuous improvements to standardize processes and accelerate results.
• Support biologics programs through external sample management activities.
• Import new equipment to enable data parsing and end-to-end workflows.
