The Biologics Sales Manager will lead, manage, and hold the sales force within the Arthrex Minnesota territory accountable for the year-over-year success of the Arthrex Biologics product portfolio.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining expert knowledge of the Biologics portfolio and ensuring annual sales quotas are effectively managed and achieved. You will accomplish this by utilizing the CRM and sales reporting tools provided by Arthrex, establishing effective communication with employees, ensuring appropriate engagement from territory representatives, and holding regular meetings with Biologics accountable representatives to establish goals and ensure those goals result in appropriate weekly action.
You will also be responsible for maintaining existing customer relationships and establishing new relationships through regular communication and in-person appointments. This role requires strong leadership and demands that the individual set a professional example for all team members to follow.
