Job summary

Abzena is seeking a Project Manager II to oversee integrated development and CMC programs for key clients. The role requires coordinating planning, scheduling, budgeting, and performance tracking across multiple teams to ensure on-time delivery in a CDMO environment.

You will manage client relationships, support PM organization growth, and drive continuous improvement while adhering to Abzena policies and quality standards. On-site presence is expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years project management experience.
• 2+ years in CDMO.
• 3+ years client-facing experience.
• Broad knowledge of CMC, process development, analytics, formulation, drug product.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Create project plans to meet client needs and timelines.
• Track and report milestones to clients and leadership.
• Communicate changes and goals to partnering departments.
• Assist with risk mitigation and forecasting.
• Manage budgets, costs, and invoicing activities.
• Coach junior PMs and support PM organization improvement.
