Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering, Business, or related disciplines.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Previous internship, co-op, research lab, student org, or operational support experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or manufacturing environments is a plus.
• Ability to collect, process, and analyze project data to support tracking and reporting; familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication in English; Chinese language skills are a strong plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in daily coordination of biologics development projects and operational activities.
• Develop and manage low-complexity projects in scope, timeline, budget, quality, communication, risk, procurement, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal and external resources and participate in process improvement initiatives to improve team efficiency.
• Assist in maintaining project databases, dashboards, and project management tools.
• Support scheduling and organization of internal meetings, client meetings, teleconferences, and site visit activities.
• Perform additional operational and project coordination tasks assigned by the Project Management team.
