Qualifications

• BS degree in chemical/biochemical/biomedical engineering, biology or chemistry with 1+ year of relevant experience.
• Strong lab experimentation and documentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and lead small projects or sub-teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare solutions to support pilot plant operations.
• Document batch data in an electronic lab system.
• Participate in scheduling discussions within operations.
• Collaborate with pilot plant operations, upstream/downstream teams, and process development scientists.
• Support safety and training initiatives.
• Track chemical usage and inventory; maintain clean room and housekeeping.
