Job summary

Elanco Animal Health is seeking a Process Engineering Manager, Manufacturing in Elwood, Kansas. You will lead process engineering for capital projects, troubleshoot manufacturing processes, and ensure cGMP compliance across facilities.

The role emphasizes data-driven improvements and mentorship of engineers. Preferred candidates have 7+ years in pharma/biotech, experience with tech transfer, validation, and regulatory requirements, plus leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide process engineering support for capital projects, including design, commissioning, qualification, and validation activities.

• Lead or support process safety activities, including HAZOP reviews and risk mitigation.
• Coach and develop team members and establish standard work.
