• Demonstrated success advancing biologics programs from discovery through candidate selection and IND-enabling stages.

Responsibilities

• Define the scientific vision and portfolio for biologics beyond traditional mAbs.
• Build a differentiated platform strategy spanning design, developability, manufacturability, translational science, and clinical application.
• Identify and evaluate external partnerships, licensing opportunities, and strategic collaborations.
• Lead programs from target validation through lead optimization, candidate nomination, and IND-enabling development.
• Advance AI, computational design, and automated experimentation to accelerate discovery workflows.
