Establish vision and portfolio for innovative modalities (multispecific, conditionally active), direct programs from discovery through IND, develop a scalable multispecific biologics platform integrating AI and automation, and build a high-performing team.
Ph.D., M.D., or equivalent in relevant fields; extensive leadership in biologics discovery and development; expertise in biologics engineering, antibody therapeutics, multispecific formats, and computational biology; proven success in advancing pipeline assets from discovery to IND.
Focus on next-generation biologics, multispecifics, AI-enabled design, translational science, and platform building; location in Boston, MA; full-time, exempt role with a salary range of $212K to $333K.
Partner with external and internal AI, scientific, clinical, CMC, and regulatory teams.
