Job summary

Merck is seeking an Associate Packaging Technician at our Animal Health facility in De Soto, Kansas. You will contribute to daily production activities, performing labeling, packaging, and inventory tasks in a GMP environment.

Ideal candidates will have strong documentation skills, be detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team, with readiness to support continuous improvement and scheduling needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven ability to follow SOPs and maintain Good Documentation Practices.
• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines in a team setting.
• Experience in aseptic processes and packaging operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform sealed bottle label application and bottle packaging.
• Support palletization, cycle counting, and inventory reconciliation.
• Complete process documentation per GMP and SOPs.
• Identify process improvements and assist with daily production scheduling.
