Qualifications

• Experience with AI/ML and data-driven discovery.
• Proven collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide scientific leadership for automation-enabled discovery workflows.
• Partner with automation teams to advance yeast display, NGS and related tech.
• Identify key questions and guide data-driven decisions across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with computational scientists and AI/ML teams.
• Present scientific findings in cross-functional initiatives.
• Plan, analyze, interpret experimental results and draft manuscripts/patents.
