Qualifications

• Pursuing BS or MS in chemical/biochemical engineering, data science, statistics, biology, chemistry, or related field.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Excel; exposure to JMP, Minitab, Power BI, Python, or R.
• Ability to organize, clean, analyze, and present complex data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to learn new tools and concepts.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; no sponsorship for internships.
• Enrolled in an advanced degree if graduating before May 2027.
• Available to work full-time 40 hours/week Jan-Jul 2027.

Responsibilities

• Support data analytics projects within Biologics MSAT and cross-functional partners.
• Compile, clean, organize, and analyze manufacturing and quality data from multiple sources.
• Develop repeatable data workflows, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Perform trend analyses to identify process variation and improvement opportunities.
• Document methods, data sources, and conclusions clearly.
• Translate questions into analytical work plans with results communication.
