Projects span cell culture, purification, data science, and lab-based roles with deliverables like process optimization, template development, and strategy deployment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Life Science, Engineering, or Data & Computer Science Bachelor of Science, Masters, or Doctorate program with a minimum of a 3.0 GPA.
• Interest and passion for BioPharma and biotechnology.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience working in highly collaborative environment, ability to work in a team.
• Strong analytical skills demonstrated through lab work, projects, or programming/tools.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge or understanding of biotech processes such as cell culture and purification.
• General lab skills.
• Data management.
• Process optimization.
• Development of templates/best practices.
• Strategy development.
