Lilly is seeking a Sr. Principal Engineer - Automation Engineering to join the Automation Engineering Department at Eli Lilly, Foundry in Indianapolis.

You will oversee process control for biologics operations, mentor engineers, and drive DCS/SCADA initiatives across capital projects to ensure compliant, reliable systems during startup and ongoing manufacturing. Qualifications

• Minimum B.S. in Engineering and 8+ years in Automation Engineering, preferably in biologics manufacturing.
• Experience in design, development, commissioning and qualification of automated sites (DeltaV, Rockwell, MES).
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship for process control teams.
• Lead design reviews, DeltaV applications, and FATs for bioprocess operations.
