The role involves method development, qualification, and collaboration across development lifecycle, from early to late-stage programs, including transfer to Quality Control. Strong data analysis and documentation skills are essential.

Qualificações

• BS with 7+ years of experience in microbiology, biochemistry, biology or related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years industry experience, preferably in biopharmaceutical or vaccine industry.
• Experience with quantitative ELISA/MSD assay execution, data analysis, troubleshooting, and method optimization.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities (verbal and written English).
• Knowledge of regulatory expectations (FDA/EMA/USDA) relevant to GMP testing is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Execute laboratory experiments supporting analytical method development, qualification, validation, transfer, and product characterization.
• Primary techniques include quantitative ELISA/MSD and microbial assays, with optional PCR/qPCR and cell-based assays.
• Monitor, trend, and communicate method performance and reagent data; investigate atypical results and root-causes.
• Document procedures, results, conclusions, and recommendations in ELNs, reports, and presentations.
• Present analytical data and conclusions at project team meetings and cross-functional discussions.
• Collaborate with scientists across process development and manufacturing.
• Apply basic statistics for process control, DOE, and experimental design.
