Responsibilities

• Define and drive the AI strategy for biologics discovery and engineering.
• Lead cross-functional discovery programs from framing to deployment.
• Architect and guide use of cutting-edge ML models for proteins and design.
• Establish closed-loop design–build–test–learn workflows with experimental teams.
• Set data standards and partner with wet-lab leaders to maximize ML value.
• Oversee end-to-end ML lifecycle, including deployment and monitoring.
• Mentor scientists and contribute to recruitment and team growth.
• Communicate strategy and progress to senior stakeholders and partners.
• Drive external visibility via publications and collaborations.
