Job summary

Bimeda, a leading global veterinary pharmaceutical company, seeks a Plant Manager for Biologicals in the United States to provide strategic leadership, drive manufacturing excellence, and ensure safe, compliant production of biological products in line with USDA standards and financial targets.

This role oversees upstream to fill/finish, leads capacity planning, quality and regulatory readiness, and steers capital investments while building a high‑performing cross‑functional team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in life sciences, engineering or related field.
• Advanced degree preferred (MS/PhD/MBA).

Responsibilities

• Lead site strategy aligned with global biological objectives.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Oversee end-to-end manufacturing and ensure equipment readiness.
