Corteva Agriscience is seeking a Biological Innovation Manager to lead agronomic innovation, drive demand generation, and support customers across the eastern Nebraska territory. Travel is required to engage growers, sales reps, and resellers, building relationships and delivering technical guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in agriculture, business, marketing or related field.
• Extensive agronomy, crop protection, business and sales acumen, and demand generation experience.
• Strong knowledge of Nebraska agriculture and regional challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage at all business levels.
• Ability to travel extensively within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Engage with growers and reps to demonstrate value of Corteva products and drive adoption.
• Coach relationship-building, sales tactics, and negotiations through on-farm calls with resellers.
• Develop skills and knowledge in resellers to deliver exceptional customer experience and results.
• Lead product introductions aligned with marketing strategies and objectives.
• Set sales targets, discounts, and growth plans with each reseller for key customers.
• Identify market opportunities and help the team respond to threats and opportunities.
• Provide in-depth technical agronomic guidance on Corteva's biological products.
• Tailor advice and product positioning to regional crop needs and challenges.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships as trusted advisor.
• Capture insights for product management and report market activities.
• Identify new business opportunities to grow Corteva's regional market share.
