Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in systems biology, bioinformatics, computer science or related field.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary IT/biology team.
• Experience in data analytics, math or statistical modeling or ML.
• Experience with bioinformatics software and core concepts.
• Willingness to learn R and integrate with analytics workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and run bioinformatics pipelines for NGS data processing.
• Perform data quality control, sequence alignment, variant calling and annotation.
• Build workflows for data analysis tools in collaboration with scientists.
• Prepare data for various research projects and assist with training.
