Job summary

Natera is seeking a Bioinformatics R&D professional to join ourCancer recurrence monitoring team. You will analyze sequencing data from large, complex cancer genomics datasets and contribute to experimental design and quality control.

You will help develop tools and end-to-end bioinformatics pipelines and work to integrate frameworks created by the R&D team. The position requires strong Python programming and hands-on NGS analysis experience, with familiarity with TCGA, COSMIC, or OncoKB.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in bioinformatics, computational biology, or related field; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on high-throughput genomic sequencing analysis.
• Strong programming in Python, NGS analysis experience, and familiarity with public databases like TCGA, COSMIC, or OncoKB.
