Job summary

Natera is seeking a leader in statistical and ML method development for cancer signal detection on multi-modal genomic data. You will lead development of novel methods, build interpretable, well-calibrated models, and drive from prototype to clinical validation.

You will collaborate with biologists and clinical experts, mentor junior scientists, and shape the direction of advanced analytics across oncology, women's health, and organ health at a global leader in cfDNA testing.

Qualifications

• PhD in quantitative field with 6-12 years post-PhD experience.
• Expertise in deep learning, multimodal foundation models, and Python.
• Proven technical leadership in complex method development.
