You will partner with clinical science and software teams to deliver scalable solutions, mentor scientists, drive projects, and implement reproducible workflows in AWS cloud infrastructure, ensuring quality and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Genomics or related field.
• 5–8 years hands-on bioinformatics experience with NGS pipelines.
• 2–4 years of people leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of NGS data analysis methods and genomic interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of bioinformatics scientists, including hiring and performance management.
• Oversee development, validation, and maintenance of NGS pipelines and workflows.
• Support end-to-end genomic data analysis, QC, alignment, variant calling, and reporting.
• Drive scalable, reproducible computational workflows and cloud-based infrastructure.
