Qualifications

• PhD required in related field with leadership experience.
• 15+ years of experience in biotechnology, pharma, or related industries.
• Experience supporting oncology drug development and biomarker strategies.
• Experience with biomarker data and regulatory submissions (IND/BLA/NDA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead analyses for biomarker discovery and patient stratification.
• Integrate multiomic datasets (WES, WGS, RNA, single-cell, spatial) and analytical outputs.
• Collaborate with Translational Medicine, Biomarkers, and Clinical Development teams.
• Develop AI/ML models for predictive biomarker analytics and decision support.
• Oversee bioinformatics infrastructure, cloud resources, and data governance.
• Partner with external collaborators and CROs on computational strategies.
