Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 12 years of relevant program management/scientific experience in pharma or related field.
• MS or MBA with 10 years+ relevant experience; PhD/PharmD/MD with 6+ years in pharma acceptable.
• Extensive pharmaceutical drug development experience required; solid tumor oncology experience in late-stage development.
• Proven ability to lead complex, global, cross-functional programs and influence senior executives.
• Experience managing alliances and external partners is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple development programs.
• Drive alignment between Research, Development, Regulatory, Manufacturing and Corporate Strategy.
• Chair governance forums and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet program milestones.
• Mentor and develop Program Managers and strengthen organizational capability.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and data integrity for executive reporting.
