Qualifications

Master’s degree or Ph.D. in computational biology, bioinformatics, computer science, AI/ML, data science, immunology, or related quantitative field.
Experience analyzing multi-omics datasets for biomedical or vaccine research incl. bulk RNA-seq, single-cell RNA-seq, immune profiling.
Experience with biomarker discovery and immune-response analysis.
Strong communication and collaboration skills in a hybrid team environment.

Responsibilities

Integrate and analyze multi-omics datasets to identify biomarkers and molecular signatures relevant to vaccine response, efficacy, and safety.
Demonstrate familiarity with state-of-the-art methods for bulk RNA-seq, single-cell RNA-seq, TCR/BCR profiling, immune profiling data analysis.
Design AI-agent solutions to enable exploration and integration of multi-omics data and literature.
