Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide bioinformatics support to R&D by evaluating and reporting NGS data/results.
• Quality control evaluations of various NGS data sets across multiple applications.
• Troubleshoot and upscale problematic issues during analysis.
• Assist Bioinformaticist/Data Scientist in larger scale projects.
• Develop documentation of analyses conducted and/or analysis plans and specifications.
