Job summary

The Bioinformatics Analyst at the Center for Generative Immunotherapy (CGI) at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill will support data collection, organization, and analysis of clinical and molecular datasets to evaluate cancer therapies and RNA-based vaccines.

You will develop pipelines, perform customized analyses, create visualizations, and communicate findings to researchers and clinical teams, guiding future studies and publication efforts.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree and 0-2 years of experience or equivalent.
• Experience in managing priorities and attention to detail.
• Preferred knowledge in genetics, genomics, computational immunology, systems biology or related biology topics.

Responsibilities

• Support analysis of clinical and molecular data to evaluate therapies and vaccines.
• Develop and maintain data analysis workflows and bioinformatics pipelines.
