• Experience with Linux/UNIX, shell scripting; familiarity with large-scale data analysis and HPC.
• Knowledge of bioinformatics pipelines and tools such as Snakemake, Cromwell/WDL; cloud computing (DNAnexus).

Responsibilities

• Implement, test, maintain, and customize bioinformatics resources and software for research support.
• Develop front ends for analysis tools and build workflow automation for routine data processing.
• Collaborate across teams to align bioinformatics activities with project objectives.
• Mentor junior staff and manage multiple bioinformatics collaborations.
• Support quality management, regulatory inspections, and technical documentation.
