The Channing Division of Network Medicine at Brigham and Women's Hospital, Boston, is looking for exceptional candidates to join the Bioinformatics Core. The core works involves a wide variety of data management challenges involving complex data sets, including genomic-scale next-generation sequencing data, data processing, and curation. Our projects involve interrogation of genome, transcriptome, and epigenome data utilizing machine learning analysis tools and data analysis pipelines.
The Bioinformatics specialist will develop and support the complex bioinformatics infrastructure needed for data collection, transformation, and analysis, integrating a wide range of skills and techniques. The role requires designing, creating, supporting tools, and software analysis pipelines, including secure dissemination of generated information.
