Job summary

HoSt Bio-Energy Systems is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Engineer to support our mission of delivering cutting-edge sustainable energy solutions and exceptional service for our North American clients. This role blends engineering and commercial work, requiring you to qualify opportunities, develop cost estimates, and collaborate with engineers, sales managers, and customers across the US and Canada.

Flexible work arrangements with some travel are anticipated.

Qualifications

• Strong technical qualification of opportunities and proposals.
• Ability to interpret operating conditions and project economics.
• Experience with biogas-related processes is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound opportunities and develop cost calculations and proposals.
• Coordinate pricing, technical information and project economics for customers.
• Collaborate with Area Sales Managers, engineers, and Netherlands counterparts.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear terms for non-engineers.
