Job summary

Didion Milling, Inc. is seeking a seasoned engineer to lead major capital projects across our biofuels manufacturing operations in Wisconsin.

You will own projects from concept development through commissioning and startup, partnering with Operations, Maintenance, Reliability, and Leadership teams to deliver results that improve capacity, reliability, safety, and performance. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering required.
• 5+ years of engineering, project management, or capital project experience in industrial manufacturing.
• Experience leading projects from concept through implementation and startup.
• Strong budgeting, contractor management, commissioning, and project controls experience.
• Experience in ethanol, renewable fuels, grain processing, or related continuous-process industry preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital projects through planning, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup.
• Manage scope, budgets, schedules, contractors, and project risks.
• Develop scopes of work, bid packages, contractor strategies, and execution plans.
• Drive equipment upgrades, process improvements, and facility expansion initiatives.
• Support capital investment planning and business case development.
• Collaborate across Operations, Maintenance, Reliability, Safety, and Leadership teams to deliver practical, sustainable solutions.
