Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field with bioconjugation focus.
• 3–5 years of postdoctoral or industry experience in bioconjugation chemistry.
• Proven track record in designing and synthesizing bioconjugates (AOCs, peptide conjugates).
• Strong knowledge of analytical techniques for characterizing bioconjugates.

Responsibilities

• Engage in project discussions, providing subject matter expertise for research progress.
• Collaborate with bioconjugation scientists, chemists, and biologists to drive projects.
• Design and synthesize bioconjugates such as AOCs and peptide conjugates.
• Develop and optimize conjugation methodologies and purification processes.
• Characterize bioconjugates using HPLC, LC-MS, SDS-PAGE, and spectroscopy.
• Support preclinical and clinical programs with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain meticulous lab records and document results.
• Present findings to internal teams and at scientific meetings.
