Job summary

Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions in Berkeley, CA is seeking scientists across experience levels to support analytical testing activities for platform methods on multiple monoclonal antibody projects. Training will be provided; prior small molecule experience is encouraged to apply.

Position is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with comprehensive benefits and a compensation range of $78,000–$83,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry or related Science with 3–4+ years lab experience.
• Excellent organization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support testing across analytical techniques including Titer, Concentration, SEC, Glycan Profiling, CEX, cIEF, CE, Reconstitution Time, Water Content, Excipients and Particulate Matter.
• Perform data entry and experiment documentation adhering to Good Documentation Practices.
• Conduct first level data review with high attention to detail.
• Initiate and close ELN records when necessary and appropriate.
• Perform laboratory and equipment maintenance, as needed.
• Support other areas of the analytical development group as necessary to meet program requirements.

Job Description

We are looking for scientists across different levels of experience to support the analytical testing activities of platform methods across a number of mAb projects. Training will be provided and those with existing experience in small molecule experience are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities

• Support the testing across a number of analytical techniques including: Titer, Concentration, SEC, Glycan Profiling, CEX, cIEF, CE, Reconstitution Time, Water Content, Excipient, Subvisible Particulate Matter, Appearance, Osmolality, Residuals (HPLC, ELISA, and qPCR).
• Perform data entry and experiment documentation adhering to Good Documentation Practices.
• Conduct first level data review with high attention to detail
• Initiate and close ELN records when necessary and appropriate
• Perform laboratory and equipment maintenance, as needed
• Support other areas of the analytical development group as necessary to meet program requirements
