Job summary

You will follow GMP/GTP/GLP/ISO/CAP standards, manage samples with the inventory system, scan barcodes, and ensure chain of custody with accurate audit trails. The role requires a high school diploma and 2 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years' experience demonstrating teamwork, self-motivation, detail orientation, and professionalism.
• Life Sciences experience preferred.
• GMP/GTP/CLIA Experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read/understand basic English instructions and procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel for basic/intermediate tasks.

Responsibilities

• Register, label, retrieve, and discard biological and production materials while maintaining appropriate temperatures.
• Follow SOPs and company procedures for regulatory compliance.
• Maintain traceability with an inventory system and audit trails.
• Scan barcodes and verify registration data against manifests.
• Store and handle materials at required temperatures.
• Prepare materials for lab services and outbound shipments.
• Perform quality control checks and report discrepancies.
• Investigate and document registration or retrieval issues.
