Job summary

Meso Scale Diagnostics LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to prepare and produce assay kit components during development phases, to meet production schedules and troubleshoot across Operations, Quality and R&D.

You will operate multiple production lines, assist with automated equipment, document procedures and batch records, and contribute to process improvements while maintaining a clean, compliant laboratory environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or equivalent degree required.
• One year of relevant experience desired.
• Experience working independently in manufacturing or research lab preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture custom and prototype requests for internal and external customers.
• Operate multiple production lines (Plate, Reagent and/or BioChemical).
• Assist with operating and troubleshooting automated equipment used to perform and produce biological assays/reagents.
• Contribute to process improvement and development for new and existing products.
• Document procedures and batch records including data entry, log entries and inventory records.
• Draft SOPs and batch records for new products as needed.
• File deviations, variances and non-conformance reports.
