Job summary

Meso Scale Diagnostics, LLC. seeks a manufacturing technician to reconstitute calibrator materials, vial antibodies and assemble antibody set products for MSD customers. You will handle temperature/light-sensitive reagents, prepare manufacturing records and print labels per SOPs.

The role requires ability to train others, perform basic equipment troubleshooting, and ensure accurate data entry and batch records. Strong lab skills and adherence to GMP/ISO practices are preferred.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates an aptitude for learning and adhering to standard laboratory techniques and safety precautions.
• Thorough knowledge of scientific fundamentals with an analytical background.
• Thorough knowledge of pipetting required.

Responsibilities

• Reconstituting calibrator materials, vialing antibodies, calibrators, and assembling antibody set products as per SOPs.
• Peer review of product labels prior to vialing as the first quality check.
• Operate automated vialing, bottling, labeling, or lyophilizing equipment as needed.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of equipment and processes.
• Manufacture customer contract materials with specialized procedures and handling requirements.
• Follow protocols to rework non-conforming products.
