Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions seeks a skilled lab leader to oversee bioassay testing, cell passages, and instrument maintenance while ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance. You will coach a team, manage training, and coordinate with leadership and clients to implement strategic improvements.

The role emphasizes collaboration, quality, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor’s degree in physical sciences with 4+ years of lab experience is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in physical sciences or related field with 4+ years of lab experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. indefinitely without sponsorship.
• Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills; ability to learn new techniques.
• Experience with equipment qualification, maintenance, and documentation.
• Proven leadership with focus on team development, engagement, morale, and retention.
• Excellent communication across diverse skill levels; detail-oriented and proactive.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lab Operations: Perform bioassays, cell passages, media/buffer prep, equipment calibrations, and sanitization.
• Documentation & Compliance: Enter and verify data, review qualification protocols and logbook entries, and perform second-person verification.
• Technical Support: Troubleshoot instrument-related issues and act as a technical resource for equipment.
• Team Leadership: Coach and develop team members, monitor workflow to meet turnaround times, conduct performance reviews, and manage training and succession planning.
• Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with leadership and clients to implement business directives and drive operational improvements.
