Job summary

BioAgilytix in Boston area is seeking a Summer Intern to support bioanalytical services, gaining hands-on experience across assays, data review, and sample management in a fast-paced lab environment.

This internship is 20-24 hours per week, November 2026 through May 2027, open to college students majoring in biology or chemistry, with duties including pipetting, buffer prep, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Rising junior or senior in a 4-year college or university majoring in biology, chemistry, or related field.
• Or enrolled in a scientific graduate program.
• Completed a minimum of 2 lab courses in a college or university setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform parts of assays with supervision
• Adhere to provided method/directive
• Prepare buffers
• Pipetting
• Adhere to safety requirements
• Keep accurate inventory of supplies for assays
• Responsible for accurate record keeping regarding assay details and reagents
• Participate to the management of bioanalytical samples, including, shipping samples to domestic or international destinations
• Dispositions samples as directed by client
• Assist with data review and presentation
• Organize samples for testing, prepare supplies
