Job summary

Celerion is seeking a Bioanalytical Associate / Project Scientist in Molecular and Cellular Biology (MCB) for our Lincoln, NE headquarters. This full-time role supports bioanalytical projects, with responsibility for data analysis, training, and study management.

The candidate will collaborate with Method Development and production teams, mentor analysts, ensure QC/QA timeliness, and help connect lab events to actionable outcomes while maintaining teamwork and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a science-related field with 4 years of analytical experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field with 2 years of analytical experience preferred.
• 3-6 years of Celerion bench experience preferred.
• 3 or more years of previous laboratory and/or GLP knowledge preferred.
• Proficiency with computers.
• Excellent oral and written skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with Method Development personnel during project development to ensure method suitability.
• Coordinate training consistency with Lincoln and Phoenix staff.
• Responsible for connecting validation protocols with production.
• Identify issues with assay performance and troubleshoot.
• Perform, review and approve data analysis to support timelines.
• Mentor and train bioanalytical analysts in production and validation support.
• Ensure all QC/QA findings are completed in a timely manner.
• Communicate with BPI and management for at-risk projects.
• Connect laboratory events to actionable outcomes and foster teamwork.
