Charles River Laboratories is seeking a Research Analyst I to support bioanalysis of drug molecules across multiple matrices. The role is hands-on and collaborative, operating in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and data quality are essential. The ideal candidate holds a B.S./B.A.

in a scientific field, with related lab experience and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong analytical and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline.
• Related laboratory experience preferred in pharmaceutical or contract lab.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem solving capabilities.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and standard lab calculations.
• Experience with analytical instrumentation software.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform routine sample preparation procedures.
• Operate analytical instruments with guidance from senior staff.
• Identify and report difficulties in sample preparation.
• Ensure raw data records are accurate and properly organized.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
