Job summary

WillHire in Ridgefield, CT is seeking a talented Scientist to join the Bioanalysis-Drug Metabolism/Pharmacokinetics (BA-DMPK) department. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and characterize reagents used in bioanalytical assays for non-clinical and clinical studies.

The role requires experience with aSEC and LC-MS, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate results effectively within a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related scientific discipline with 0-3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with analytical size exclusion chromatography (aSEC) and LC-MS.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn electronic data management systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within DMPK to support management and characterization of reagents.
• Perform routine procedures for reagents, matrices, and reference standards, including inventory and storage.
• Conduct analytical characterization of reagents using aSEC and LC-MS.
• Coordinate calibration activities and archive data in electronic notebooks.
• Communicate results via reports and presentations; defend conclusions in team meetings.
• Maintain compliance with SOPs and Boehringer Ingelheim policies.
