Responsibilities

  • Receive, label, organize, store, and track laboratory reagents, matrices, and reference standards.
  • Manage reagent inventory, expiration dates, storage locations, quantities, and usage.
  • Monitor and resolve inventory and tracking discrepancies, including off-site reagent storage.
  • Perform analytical characterization of critical reagents using LC-MS and/or analytical size exclusion chromatography (aSEC).
  • Determine reagent concentrations and review analytical results.
  • Document laboratory testing, results, and supporting information in electronic laboratory notebooks.
  • Coordinate pipette and balance calibration activities.
  • Support equipment maintenance, freezer management, and laboratory organization.
  • Perform routine laboratory safety inspections.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation using Microsoft Office.
  • Present findings and communicate scientific conclusions during team meetings.
  • Collaborate with Bioanalysis, DMPK, and other cross-functional laboratory teams.
  • Ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with applicable regulations, SOPs, and company procedures.
