Qualifications

• Three years of supervisory or program manager experience in a NAF operation.
• Experience budgeting, financial performance and achieving revenue targets.
• Ability to communicate professionally in writing and orally.

Responsibilities

• Manage a large Bingo/gaming operation and drive profitability.
• Represent the activity at conferences and coordinate with community and military groups.
• Review patron programs and take corrective actions.
• Evaluate program success by profitability, customer satisfaction, and mission goals.
• Monitor procurement of supplies and equipment.
