Job summary

Muckleshoot Bingo is hiring for a front-line cash handling and guest services role. You will greet guests, sell bingo cards and electronic devices, verify discounts, and share up-to-date promotions.

The position emphasizes accuracy with cash and bingo inventory and requires a customer-focused, energetic team member. The role supports sales growth by communicating pricing, packages, and game rules while maintaining a positive guest experience in a busy floor environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six (6) months’ work experience as a cashier or other work involving handling money required.
• Six (6) months of gaming / bingo experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, courteous guest relations; sell bingo cards or electronic machines; verify discounts; inform guests about promotions and events; answer questions; assist guests and notify management of complaints when needed.
• Increase sales by informing guests of bingo prices and packages; walk the floor if assigned; manage paper and electronic systems sales; maintain accurate cash and bingo inventory.
• Respond promptly to winners, verify buy-in and eligibility; read winning cards to callers; know game procedures and house rules; inform players as needed.
• Maintain bingo area and inventory for electronic gaming devices; assist in calling games to ensure smooth sessions; operate admissions box office sales; perform other duties as assigned.
