The purpose of the class is to host Bingo sessions and monitor game operations. The position is responsible for equipment maintenance and excellent guest service. The position is under the direct supervision of the Bingo Supervisor.

Requires operation and maintenance of bingo console, printer, and flashboards. Requires high school diploma or GED. Requires one year experience as a Bingo Caller or public address announcer and one year cash handling experience. Must possess strong customer service skills, interpersonal and communication skills; ability to multitask; be a self-starter and complete tasks in a timely manner. Must possess computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft office suit and ability to troubleshoot equipment preferred. Requires light work that involves sitting for long periods of time. Ability to frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds. Requires monitor floor clerks verifying bingo games.
