Job summary

Mystic Lake Casino Hotel in Prior Lake, Minnesota seeks a leader to supervise Bingo and Pulltabs operations, ensuring game integrity, revenue, and outstanding guest service.

You will supervise staff, assign tasks, monitor supplies, and uphold regulatory standards while delivering a memorable guest experience at our premier casino resort.

• One year of Bingo/Pulltabs operations or related gaming experience.

Job Overview: Supervises the staff and daily activities of the Bingo and Pulltabs floor operations to ensure game integrity, revenue maximization and high guest service standards. Assigns tasks to teams and ensures supplies and assets meet operational standards. Maintains an awareness of federal, state, company and departmental rules, regulations and objectives to ensure proper reporting of cash flow.
