Responsibilities

• Engage with guests, selling pulltabs and paying prizes per rules.
• Sell Bingo games in the Bingo Hall pulltab booth.
• Verify and reconcile bank with varying amounts.
• Assist with swapping inventory and tracking pulltabs.
• Explain games, answer questions and guide guests.
• Sort winning pulltabs by game.
• May perform other Bingo or Pulltab roles.
• Monitor compliance and Title 31 reporting.

Job Overview: Sells pulltabs to guests while applying high guest service standards to maximize player purchases and enhance guest casino experience.

Illuminate Your Future: What You’ll Do

• Engages in a positive guest interaction while selling pulltabs to guests and pays out prizes up to prescribed amounts.
• Sells special Bingo games to guest while working in the Bingo Hall pulltab booth.
• Verifies and reconciles bank with varying amounts, depending on assigned post.
• Assists Supervisor in swapping pulltab inventory boxes during opening, breaking, and end of shift. Maintains and tracks inventory of pulltabs assigned.
• Explains games to guests, answers questions, gives directions, and handles minor complaints.
• Sorts winning Pulltabs by game.
• May perform other Bingo or Pulltab roles as needed.
• Acts in accordance to regulatory compliance through the monitoring and reporting of Title 31.

Job Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Cash-handling experience.
• Ability to speak, write and read English clearly.
• Must be able to pass a basic math skills test.
