Job summary

The N2 Company in Irving, Texas is seeking a seasonal Binding & Packaging Associate for our print facility. You will ensure magazines are bound and packaged to high quality standards; this is a full-time, non-exempt role running mid‑October through January 2027.

Schedule is Monday through Thursday, 3:15 pm to 1:45 am CST, with overtime as needed. The ideal candidate works well in a team, can lift more than 35 pounds, and remains flexible and coachable.

About The Role

We’re looking for a seasonal Binding & Packaging Associate to join our Print facility in Irving, Texas. This team member will ensure magazines are bound and packaged efficiently, with the highest quality standards. This seasonal position, which offers the potential for permanent employment, runs from mid‑October through January 2027.

This is a full‑time, non‑exempt (hourly) position. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 3:15 pm to 1:45 am CST, and the right candidate will be willing to work overtime as needed. The salary for this position is $20 per hour.

The Role in Action
  • Inspect bound books to ensure they meet N2’s quality standards and promptly report any issues.
  • Strap bundled publications securely and place them in the correct mail tote or on the designated mailing pallet.
  • Pack and organize mail pallets according to N2’s packing standards.
  • Move completed or incomplete mail pallets to the appropriate mailing zone.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support mailing and production operations.
